The universe; how mysteriously beautiful and alluring it is. So easy to understand yet so complicated to fathom the thought of such creation. I’ve tried many times throughout my life to imagine a universe in one thought, but alas I am not omnipotent and have failed many times over. I know many of us struggle everyday with the want to know and understand why it exists as it does, but we never really reach that finite answer that says, “yes” this is the deriving point of all creation. This is what the Universe is; this is where we originated from. Certainly Mathematics and many other scientific fields help us come to a sort of understanding; the most recent which I find very fascinating is that organic molecules have been found in space. However; that finding and many other still do not explain the entirety of the essence or consciousness as I like to refer to it as, behind the “magic” that is the universe.

My introduction to professional paranormal investigation/journalism, came in the summer of 1997. I was living in a small seaside town, in Devon, located in the beautiful Southwest of the UK. Exmouth then had around 25,000 people living there. Its main income came from tourism, and fishing, it also had a thriving little commercial docks.

At that time I was still earning my living from being a taxi owner. Life was pleasant, routine, just an ordinary town, with all of us leading ordinary lives, that was all to change for me, when the UFO's started to show up in our night time skies!. In the space of just three months or so, some 40 events were reported in the area, involving over 120 witness reports! I, as a very keen amateur ufologist, had been fascinated by this aerial activity, and decided to join a local paranormal research group. My brother-in-law was the sports editor of the local paper at that time, and during a conversation with the editor, the subject of theses strange sightings in the local skies was brought up. My brother-in-law told him that I was a ufologist, ands so, a couple of days later my phone rang. The editor of the paper asked me if I could write up the events for the paper! Although I was a total amateur writer, I agreed to do so, and so it was that I started my journalistic career!, ending with me writing a weekly column for the same paper, on all matters paranormal.

Every couple of years some ambiguous artifact or the skeletal remains of homo sapiens are discovered under such extreme circumstances that logical explanation cannot properly elucidate. The latest is an apparent piece of intelligently machined, highly refined aluminum uncovered inside a piece of alleged three hundred million year old coal extracted from the Chernogorodskiy mines, near the Russian city of Vladivostok.  Although met with some skepticism  as seems to be the case with a lot of Russian science, the gear-toothed aluminum is hardly the first and undoubtedly not the last “out of place artifact” (OOPA) or curiously situated human skeleton.  Whether they be evidence of extreme human antiquity, ancient time travelers  the results of natural planetary processes  or something stranger yet, as I'm sure a certain friend of Forteana may argue, they may well be glitches in the matrix...

Senator Barbara Mikulski of Maryland has released a public statement apologizing to the public for the passing of the Monsanto Protection Act, stating that the legislation was buried deep within a government spending bill that was required to ‘prevent a government shutdown’.

Mikulski is the Senate Appropriations Committee Chairwoman, one who was ultimately responsible for passing the bill that contained the notorious Monsanto Protection Act — a legislative ‘rider’ that grants biotech juggernaut Monsanto immunity from federal courts when it comes to their GMO crops.

For many years, scientists have speculated when and where life originated on Earth. Diverse theories range from cosmic deliveries of organic compounds to local synthesis of amino acids in the Primordial Soup of a young Earth. Some theories settle with a compromise between the two. The most popular idea suggests an Earth bombarded by comets and asteroids which brought building blocks of life onto the planet. This notion hinges on one important premise: that there are organic compounds in outer space.

Astronomers turned their focus to one of the giant gas clouds near the center of the galaxy to analyze the identities of molecules that compose it. By analyzing the radio frequencies gathered by the Green Bank Telescope in West Virginia, astrochemists determined that a molecule called cyanomethanimine is present in the cloud of gases.

Graham Hancock's banned Ted Talk
